VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON WALKTHROUGH CONSULTATIONS

With the state of the market currently, and the pressure for buyers to “Waive Inspections” - we’ve added a service that allows buyers to get a general feel for any property that are interested in, with the benefit of providing some peace of mind prior to entering a bidding war on a home they may not be able to have fully inspected until after settlement. This service can be conducted virtually by way of a video call, or in person during open houses or scheduled walkthroughs. Take stress out of the already stressful process of home buying by having an expert by your side (in person or in video) while looking at what hopefully will be your new home!

Commercial & Specialty Inspections

Utilizing the same skills, knowledge, techniques, and standards - both commercial property inspections and specialty inspections can be tailor-fit to your needs, to the properties in question, and to the information and verification needed.

Commercial Inspections - Inspections of commercial properties, retail spaces, restaurants, office spaces, warehousing, manufacturing, etc. - These inspections will be based on the square footage of the property/building, the nature of the property/building and any consultation work involved for verification of ability to, or the need for planning of proposed changes to the existing structure. Pricing is variable based upon these factors, and requires a quote once parameters are established.

Specialty Inspections - These are services offered for the inspection, verification, or identification of specific issues or conditions or concerns. This includes, but is not limited to: Visual Foundation Inspection, Mold Testing, Air-Quality Testing, Post Repair / Post Renovation Inspections, etc. This is a category that is highly adaptable to the needs of the client.

* Structural Deck Inspections - As a NADRA Certified Structural Deck Inspector, an industry established and verified inspection of all deck types (balconies, porches, etc.) can be conducted with the backing of the North American Deck & Railing Association to confirm the construction and condition of the deck structure as well as its compliance to Structural Building Code.
