Due to the drastic increase in prices for all services related to business operations: all tooling, supplies, associated fees, licensing, insurance, fuel, etc. - We have had to adjust our pricing for the first time in more than 5 years. All prices are subject to change.
* Baseline price, but additional tests or other factors will increase pricing - for example, Mold Testing includes 2 interior test locations and priority overnight shipping but additional testing locations can be added at $50 per additional test. Termite inspections for multi-unit properties and commercial properties, as well as on those that have additional outbuildings will incur an additive charge. Radon testing in Berks and Lehigh Counties has a higher fee based on the driving distance for the tester that can only be determined once the address of the property is known, and for multi-family properties and any over 3,000sqft multiple tests are required which will increase the base cost.
When an outbuilding is fitted with utilities beyond electrical outlets or a sub-panel and/or living spaces, add $49 for the inspection of this structure. If a property has more than one outbuilding (a detached garage AND a barn/pole barn, etc.) add $25 per outbuilding.
